SmartInvite is a digital invitation platform that allows you to create, send, and manage invitations with unique QR codes for secure event access. You can customize templates, manage guest lists, and send invites via WhatsApp or email.
How do QR codes work for event access?
Each invitation includes a unique, non-transferable QR code. At the event, you can scan the QR code using scan.smartinvite.net to verify its validity. Once scanned, the QR code is marked as used to prevent re-entry, ensuring secure and seamless access control.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every event can start on the Free package, for up to 100 guests, with invitations and RSVP links sent by email, at no cost. Paid packages are for one event and paid once: they raise the guest limit and add features such as WhatsApp delivery, the checked-in guest list and thank-you messages. You can upgrade an event at any time and pay only the difference.

How can I send invitations?
You can send invitations via email or WhatsApp directly through the SmartInvite platform. Simply select your preferred delivery method when setting up your event.
Can I upload my own designs?
Yes, SmartInvite allows you to upload your own designs (as images or PDFs) and embed the unique guest QR code onto them, or choose from a variety of professional templates to create personalized invitations.
