SmartInvite helps event hosts send personalised invitations, collect RSVPs and control who gets in. Each guest receives an invitation with their own QR code, so only invited guests are admitted and nobody can use the same invite twice.
1. Add your event
Start with Add Event and enter the name, date, time, venue and dress code. Your event gets its own guest list and RSVP link straight away.
2. Choose a package
Pick the package for this event and pay once. It sets how many guests you can invite and which features you get. Start free and upgrade later if you need more.
3. Add your guests
Type them in one by one or upload a CSV or Excel file. Only the name is required; add a phone number for WhatsApp and an email address for email.
4. Design the invitation
Choose a template for the event and customise it: background, colours, fonts and where each guest's name and details go.
5. Collect RSVPs
Set up your RSVP form, then send each guest their own RSVP link or share the open link anywhere. You're notified as replies come in.
6. Send your invitations
On the Send page, check your guest list and design, then start. Every guest gets a personal invitation with a unique QR code, by email and/or WhatsApp, or as a download. Sending carries on even if you close the page.
7. Check guests in
At the door, scan each QR code at scan.smartinvite.net. Each invitation works once, so invalid or reused invites are refused.
8. After the event
See who attended, review your event analytics, and thank your guests by email or WhatsApp the morning after.
